Forward Deployed Engineer | London
- Location: King's Cross, London
- Work model: On-site by default, with some flexibility
- Employment: Full-time
- Compensation: £100,000 - £130,000
- Level: Associate
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Compensation: Top-decile London market compensation
- Equity: Meaningful EMI-eligible equity

About the opportunity
- Join a seed-stage company building AI-native risk infrastructure for regulated enterprises
- Work with customers across financial services, regulated technology, and healthcare
- Own enterprise customer relationships from adoption through expansion and renewal
- Operate at the intersection of engineering, product, commercial ownership, and customer strategy
- Work directly with senior stakeholders including CSOs, VPs of Risk, and Heads of Compliance
- Partner closely with the CTO and influence both the product roadmap and company direction
- Join a business that reached seven-figure revenue within months of launch
What you'll own
- Own strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end
- Drive customer adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Act as the primary point of accountability for customer outcomes
- Run working sessions with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Define agendas, actions, priorities, and follow-ups
- Configure the platform around complex customer workflows
- Translate customer requirements into prioritized product feedback
- Influence roadmap decisions based on real customer needs
- Manage procurement and security-review conversations
- Support commercial and contract discussions
- Coordinate internal escalations and keep complex accounts moving
- Ship customer-facing fixes and small product features when needed
- Use AI-assisted development tools to move from customer problem to working solution quickly

What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of professional experience
- Strong customer-facing or commercial experience
- Evidence of owning meaningful customer outcomes
- Confidence working directly with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to take ownership when a project or customer situation becomes challenging
- Commercial instinct and comfort navigating negotiations
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into practical solutions
- Strong bias toward action and execution
- Comfort operating with significant autonomy
- Interest in becoming increasingly hands-on technically
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment
- Based in London or able to commute regularly for an on-site role
