Job Description
You will own the end-to-end client onboarding process, translating operational needs into technical solutions within TYTEN’s AI-driven platform. Bridging the gap between engineering and operations, you will build client-specific features, configure modules, and ensure smooth system adoption. Your work directly improves physical infrastructure, ensuring buildings are safe, clean, and functioning for the people inside them.

What You Will Do
- Lead client onboarding from initial workshops through to live system adoption, sitting directly with facilities managers and engineers to understand their actual operational workflows and pain points.
- Develop and deploy client-specific features and configurations using Python and SQL, feeding reusable components back into the core TYTEN product roadmap to scale the platform.
- Act as the technical bridge between clients and internal teams, translating operational requirements into actionable engineering specs and managing complex data integrations via REST APIs and webhooks.

The ideal candidate
- Holds at least two years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or forward-deployed engineering at a software company.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Python and SQL with a track record of handling messy real-world data and building integrations via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Possesses the communication skills to explain technical constraints to operations directors and the judgment to know when to build, when to configure, and when to push back.
