Role Overview
We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help enterprise customers solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge software, data, and AI solutions. This is a highly customer-facing role, sitting at the intersection of Engineering, AI, Product and Consulting. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand their challenges, design solutions, and build production-ready applications that deliver real business value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering directly with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Designing and building bespoke software, AI and data-driven solutions
- Integrating customer systems, APIs and cloud platforms
- Developing prototypes and production-grade applications
- Leading technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops
- Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Acting as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders
- Driving successful deployment, adoption and long-term customer outcomes

What We're Looking For
- Strong software engineering experience (Python, Java, Go, TypeScript or similar)
- Experience building solutions in AWS, Azure or GCP
- Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems and modern architectures
- Exposure to AI/ML, Data Engineering or Analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
- Experience working directly with customers or end-users
