Ascendion is hiring Forward Deployed Engineer
Ascencion is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the gap between our engineering team and customers. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges, deploy and customise our products, build integrations, and ensure successful adoption. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable solutions while contributing code to the core platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to understand business processes and technical requirements.
- Deploy and configure software in customer environments.
- Build custom integrations using APIs, SDKs, and third-party platforms.
- Develop production-quality code for customer-specific and reusable features.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, infrastructure, and networking layers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience integrating SaaS products.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, DevOps, or Technical Consulting.
- Prior experience working in a product-based technology company developing enterprise-scale software products.
