Forward Deployed Engineer (Applied AI / Agentic AI)
London (Hybrid - 1 day p/w)
£110,000–£150,000 + Monetary Benefits
We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing AI companies as they scale their engineering team, already up to 40 heads in under 12-months.
They're building an enterprise AI platform that enables organisations to deploy secure, production-ready AI agents at scale. Their engineers work with government organisations and highly regulated enterprises, embedding AI into business-critical workflows. Working alongside partners including NVIDIA and HPE, they're helping customers move beyond AI pilots into real production systems.

The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to design, build and deploy production AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with customer collaboration, taking AI systems from concept through to production.
You'll bring experience with:
- Production LLM or Agentic AI applications
- Python and strong software engineering fundamentals
- RAG, vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience working closely with customers to solve complex technical challenges
- Strong Communication skills, forward thinking attitude and passion about the sector
