Forward Deployed Engineer
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to turn AI capabilities into production systems that solve real problems. You'll sit between engineering, product and the customer: scoping problems on-site, building and shipping solutions fast, and feeding what you learn back into our product.
What you'll do:
- Embed with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, data and goals
- Design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions (LLM apps, agents, retrieval pipelines, integrations)
- Own delivery end to end, from first prototype to production rollout
- Work with customer engineering and business teams to drive adoption
- Turn field insights into product feedback and reusable tooling
- Troubleshoot issues in live customer environments

What we're looking for
- [2+] years of software engineering experience, ideally in Python and/or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, APIs and modern data tooling
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A bias for action: you like shipping, iterating and owning outcomes
- Willingness to travel to customer sites

Nice to have
- Experience in consulting, solutions engineering or a customer-facing technical role
- Background in financial services / healthcare
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
