Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Education Technology
Location: 3 days p/week in London
Salary: Up to £80k
Forward Deployed Engineer – Would you like the opportunity to join a fast-growing AI-first technology company transforming the education sector. They’re currently building a new generation of intelligent products designed to improve how students learn, how educators work, and how schools adopt and use AI. They are now looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their engineering team and work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, product and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys operating in ambiguity, working directly with users, and turning real-world problems into products that are rapidly deployed and iterated. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll take ownership of problems from initial discovery through to production, working closely with customers, educators, product teams and internal stakeholders to understand challenges, identify where technology can make a difference.

Requirements:
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js
- Experience taking software from concept through to production.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in AI and its practical applications.
