12-month contract | Up to £1,500/day
AI experience is important. But for this role, understanding the business comes first. You'd be focusing on embedding AI directly into their private debt business.
You'll work closely with teams across fund finance, operations, and investor relations, understanding how they operate and identifying where AI can genuinely change the way work is done.
They need someone who has done this before, ideally combining a background in private debt, fund accounting, or fund operations with hands-on experience deploying AI into a financial services environment.

Key experience:
- Private debt, fund finance, fund accounting, or fund operations experience.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/LLM solutions into a business environment.
- Knowledge graph agents or other non-deterministic AI systems would be particularly interesting.
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and owning a workstream end-to-end.
