Job Description
Join a senior founding team in London as an AI-native Forward Deployed Engineer. You will embed within client teams to design and ship production systems—ranging from computer vision to fintech automation—using agentic tools like Claude Code. You will own the entire lifecycle, transforming fuzzy problems into running production code at record velocity.

What You Will Do
- Embed directly inside client teams to identify fuzzy business problems and architect production-ready AI/ML and full-stack solutions.
- Build and ship software at hackathon velocity, moving from initial concept to a working MVP in days using agentic coding tools.
- Own the end-to-end delivery process, including untangling messy data architectures and deploying computer vision or automation systems into production.

The ideal candidate
- Possesses elite software engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping production code independently or within high-velocity teams.
- Demonstrates exceptional technical caliber through a strong CS degree, success in competitive programming/olympiads, or significant open-source contributions.
- Lives and breathes agentic AI, with a portfolio of projects built using tools like Codex or Claude Code and a hackathon-grade shipping speed.
