Role Overview

We are building a specialist Forward-Deployed Engineering capability focused on Claude and enterprise Agentic AI.

Forward-Deployed Engineers operate at the intersection of customer problems, product and engineering. You will work directly with enterprise customers to identify high-value opportunities for Claude, rapidly prove what is possible and turn successful prototypes into robust production solutions.

This is not a traditional consulting or delivery role. You will be a hands-on engineer embedded close to the customer, responsible for how complex problems are technically solved.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with customers to understand complex business and technical problems
  • Lead technical discovery and identify where Claude can deliver meaningful value
  • Rapidly prototype and validate solutions using Claude
  • Design and build agentic AI applications and workflows
  • Use Claude Code and AI-native software development practices to accelerate engineering
  • Design solution architectures integrating Claude with enterprise applications, APIs and data
  • Build and productionise LLM applications using techniques including tool use, MCP, RAG and structured outputs
  • Design robust evaluation and testing frameworks for AI systems
  • Take solutions from proof-of-concept through to secure, scalable production deployments
  • Diagnose and solve complex technical problems during customer engagements
  • Work alongside customer engineering teams, Anthropic and internal engagement leads
  • Capture successful approaches as repeatable engineering patterns and accelerators
  • Feed technical insights and customer requirements back into the wider engineering organisation and Anthropic ecosystem

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
