Forward Deployed Engineer
London (3 days a week onsite)
£90,000 - £130,000 + bonus
We're partnering with a leader in the financial services space who are looking for a number of Forward Deployed Engineers to help engineering teams adopt and scale an enterprise AI platform.
This is a hands-on role where you'll embed with product and engineering teams, building AI-powered solutions, solving integration challenges, and enabling teams to become self-sufficient.

- Work directly with engineering teams to accelerate AI platform adoption.
- Build and integrate agentic AI solutions into production environments.
- Pair with engineers to solve technical challenges and remove blockers.
- Create reusable patterns and best practices.
- Feed technical insights back to the platform engineering team to improve developer experience.
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering experience with Java, Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, containers and modern software engineering practices.
- Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering or AI-powered applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for coaching and enabling others.
