Graduate/Junior Forward Deployed Software Engineer | Security Technology | London

Competitive Salary + Equity + Outstanding Benefits

Some graduate roles have you fixing bugs. This one has you solving problems that really matter.

We're partnering with a well-funded security technology company building software that helps organisations make better decisions in complex, fast-moving environments. Their technology combines modern software engineering, AI, and data to deliver mission-critical capabilities to customers across the UK and internationally.

They're looking for exceptional graduates who enjoy solving difficult technical problems and want to work directly with customers to deliver software with real-world impact.

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between engineering and deployment. You'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges, build software solutions, and see your work being used in the field.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
