Pioneering AI Neoservices Firm | AI Deployment Lead | London | £90-110k Base Salary

About the Company

Our partner, a cutting-edge Neoservices firm, is on a mission to build an AI department for the everyday economy, specifically targeting midmarket businesses. They fuse over 30 years of trust and expertise from a leading technology services provider with frontier AI deployments. Backed by a significant 'warchest' from the founder of Dawn Capital and supported by founders from notable tech companies like Lovable, HuggingFace, and Intercom, alongside operators from OpenAI and DeepMind, their goal is to supercharge a million workers. They are now expanding their team and looking for a talented AI Deployment Lead to join their team in London.

About the Role

This role is for a highly experienced and autonomous AI Deployment Lead to embed directly within customer businesses, taking full ownership of shipping production-grade AI systems. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between innovative AI prototypes and robust, scalable production deployments, impacting industries from accounting to wealth management. This position is ideal for a self-directed individual with a founder's mentality, who thrives on end-to-end product development, technical excellence across the full stack, and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with a Deployment Strategist to deliver impactful solutions and feed insights back into the platform's evolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
