Forward Deployed Engineer | London (On-site) | £130-150k + Bonus + Equity

We're partnering with a fast-growing startup building software that helps some of the world's most complex industries modernise the way they work.

While technology has transformed almost every part of our lives, sectors like aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing and energy still rely on fragmented processes, manual workflows and outdated systems.

They're changing that.

By combining modern software with AI, they're building products that bring the speed and flexibility of software into industries that have historically been left behind.

They're now looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer in London to work directly with customers and help shape the next generation of their platform.

This isn't a role where product requirements simply arrive in your backlog.

You'll be:

  • Working directly with customers to understand how they actually operate
  • Turning complex, real-world workflows into intuitive software
  • Owning the entire delivery process—from discovery and design through to production
  • Building across the full stack while helping shape product direction
  • Shipping AI-powered capabilities that solve meaningful operational problems

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
