The role

Healthcare is broken. Specifically, its administrative backbone. This company is fixing it, building AI co-workers that slot into existing hospital teams and tools. They've deployed to over 40 hospitals in 18 months, backed by a team from Palantir, Google DeepMind, and Apple.

You'll own the full lifecycle of these AI workflows, from ambiguous problem statements to deployed solutions. This isn't a pure coding role; you'll be onsite with healthcare administrators, translating their non-technical needs into product, and bringing those insights back to the core engineering team. Expect high ownership, direct impact, and a flat structure where your input shapes the product from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The work

  • Translate complex, non-technical requirements from healthcare administrators into deployable AI solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of AI workflows, working across the full stack.
  • Work directly with customers, often onsite, to understand their pain points and integrate solutions.
  • Identify and proactively fix issues, driving improvements back into the core product.
  • Contribute to a system already deployed in over 40 hospitals, tackling a critical workforce shortfall.

What You Bring

  • Deep empathy for healthcare administrators and a drive to fix systemic issues.
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous input and rapidly ship high-quality, full-stack product.
  • Experience across Python (FastAPI), TypeScript + React, and Postgres.
  • A bias for action: you fix what's broken, you don't wait for a ticket.
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week in person, either in London or onsite with customers.
