High Growth AI Startup with Strong VC Backing based in London, are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer.
What you'll be doing:
- Embed with customers from onboarding onwards — solving integration challenges and optimising how they use the product
- Build features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that directly influence customer results
- Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions — LLM prompting, voice tuning, transcription pipelines
- Own API integrations with third-party systems end-to-end
- Feed real customer insight back into Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap
- Juggle multiple projects at pace without dropping quality

🎯Essential Skills
- Strong full-stack fundamentals: React, TypeScript, Node.js
- Solid Python skills — you're comfortable writing production-grade code
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML applications including LLM prompting and tuning
- Confident managing APIs and third-party integrations
- Can explain complex technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Founder mindset — you take ownership, move fast, and don't need hand-holding
