Role: Forward Deployed Engineer - U.S. Government (Hybrid)

Location: On-site

Job Type: Full-Time

Payout: $350K - $700K/yr

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, U.S. Government to work on a full-time basis to deliver AI solutions directly to government stakeholders. This role involves deploying and managing advanced AI systems in operational environments to support mission-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain AI models and infrastructure in government environments with strict compliance requirements.
  • Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting for AI systems deployed in high-stakes government operations.
  • Collaborate with government teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct training sessions and documentation for government personnel on AI tool usage and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience deploying and managing AI systems in enterprise or government environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar programming languages for AI model development and deployment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including AI/ML services.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn for model optimization.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards relevant to government deployments.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments with clear documentation and reporting requirements.
