Forward Deployed Engineers

I'm working with one of the most exciting seed-stage AI companies in London, and they're hiring 5 Forward Deployed Engineers.

The Opportunity

Every plane, medical device, lift, battery and building has to be tested and certified before it reaches the world, and that entire industry still runs on Word docs, PDFs and email. This team is changing that. A year ago they had one customer. Today they're deployed inside six of the ten largest companies in their sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Ship to production in week one, not after a three-month ramp-up
  • Sit with customers, understand how they really work, then spec and build the solution end-to-end
  • Own features across the whole stack: frontend, backend, data model and AI
  • Grow into leadership as the company scales

Who They're Looking For

  • 3–6 years as a software or product engineer, ideally at a high-growth startup
  • Genuinely full-stack: they care about range, not specific frameworks (stack: TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js, AI/ML)
  • Comfortable in front of customers and good at turning messy real-world problems into software
  • Founding-team or early-stage experience is a big plus
