๐ŸŒ London - Hybrid | ๐Ÿ“„ Permanent

Our client, an in-house technology consultancy of a global consulting firm, is seeking an entrepreneurial, customer-facing Full-Stack / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to bridge the gap between user problems and real-world AI deployment. In this role, you will work directly with clients to diagnose critical business bottlenecks and personally architect, build, and ship production-grade, AI-enabled solutions at high velocity.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

  • Partnering directly with enterprise customers to understand high-impact operational problems and translate them into scalable, production-ready technical architectures.
  • Personally designing, building, and deploying end-to-end full-stack applications and AI-driven workflows from concept to production.
  • Taking complete technical ownership of client delivery, iterating rapidly based on user feedback and changing requirements.
  • Integrating cutting-edge AI frameworks (LangChain, Vercel AI SDK) and LLM-powered capabilities directly into customer workflows.
  • Ensuring that deployed solutions adhere to rigorous enterprise standards for security, scalability, and system resilience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
