Forward Deployed Specialist / HR Transformation Lead - Insurance
6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 - Remote Working | Ad-hoc Travel to London
We are partnering with one of our Global Insurance Clients to Recruit a Forward Deployed Specialist (FDS) / HR Transformation Lead, supporting strategic HR transformation initiatives across business, technology, automation and AI.
Operating at the intersection of HR, digital transformation and technology, you will work closely with HR leaders, Global Process Owners, Centres of Excellence and technology teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions and drive the delivery of innovative, technology-enabled outcomes.

- Proven experience within HR Technology, HR Transformation, Product Management, Digital Transformation or Consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, operating models and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating discovery workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and solution design capabilities.
- Experience delivering technology-enabled change, digital products, automation or transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Copilot and automation technologies.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and associated collaboration technologies.
- Ability to operate effectively across business and technical stakeholders within complex enterprise environments.
- Enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or ServiceNow HRSD.
- AI, Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Integration, API and process automation expertise.
- Enterprise Architecture, Service Design or Product Management experience.
- Hands-on prototyping or solution development capability.
