Role Description
This is a full-time Forward Deployed Team role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for both on-site and work-from-home flexibility.
The role involves working closely with client stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deploy those solutions directly within client environments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Analyzing complex systems and workflows
- Contributing to solution design and architecture
- Coordinating implementation and integration efforts
- Troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth delivery
The Forward Deployed team member will frequently collaborate across disciplines, prepare clear documentation, and share insights with both technical and non-technical audiences. The role also includes continuous learning about client domains and HTEC’s technology offerings to propose improvements and drive long-term value.
Qualifications
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and client stakeholders, in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success in engaging with Clients' Executive, Operational and Technology leadership and subject matter experts is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with software implementation, integration, or deployment projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Comfort working in hybrid settings, including client sites and remote collaboration, with strong time-management and self-organization skills.
- Prior experience in one or more relevant domains (e.g., Telco, Financial Services, MedTech, Automotive, or Enterprise Software) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions is mandatory.
- Masters' level degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
