Required from October 2026, an experienced marketeer, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills and an eye for design to join our hard-working, creative and successful Foundation Marketing, Admissions and Communications Team.

Working across all three schools and nursery the successful candidate will manage the Foundation’s comprehensive programme of online and offline marketing activity, aimed at the recruitment and retention of pupils, including planned content creation for our digital platforms and social media channels, production of key admissions related publications, sector research and evaluation to aid marketing decision-making and support for recruitment events.

Excitingly the successful candidate will play a key role in bringing to fruition a major project to deliver the Foundation’s new suite of websites for a spring 2027 launch.

The post holder will support and work closely with the Foundation Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications to ensure all activity underpins the Foundation’s Strategic Plan and that marketing strategies and objectives are consistent with the Schools’ vision and values and brand guidelines. They will also line manage the Foundation Marketing Assistant and work alongside the Foundation Press and PR Officer.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed term role to cover maternity leave and is expected to end in October 2027 or the return of the current post holder, whichever is sooner. Due to the nature of the role, there will be some weekend and evening working, this is scheduled on an annual basis to support open events and other marketing and admissions activities. This role would suit a marketeer with at least five years’ experience and a relevant qualification, what is key is a willingness to get to know our schools and their people and to have a genuine empathy with our ethos.

The salary for this role is between MB1 to MB5 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff scale, from September 2026, £42,194.57 to £44,325.18 per annum full-time equivalent, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
