Roehampton Elite FC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Foundation Phase Coach to join our growing coaching team in Southwest London.
We are a grassroots football club committed to developing young players through a positive, structured and supportive environment. Our aim is to provide children with high-quality coaching, opportunities to develop their skills, and a genuine love for the game.
The Role
As a Foundation Phase Coach, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate training sessions
- Supporting the technical and individual development of young players
- Creating a positive, fun and inclusive learning environment
- Helping players develop confidence, creativity and a love for football
- Supporting matchday coaching and player development
- Working closely with other coaches to maintain a consistent coaching philosophy
- Promoting high standards of player welfare, behaviour and safeguarding

Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about working with young players
- Enthusiastic, reliable and committed
- Able to create fun, engaging and challenging sessions
- Focused on long-term player development rather than simply results
- A positive role model both on and off the pitch
- Keen to develop their own coaching knowledge and experience
- FA/UEFA coaching qualifications are desirable, alongside relevant experience working within the Foundation Phase.

📍 Location: Southwest London
🕐 Role: Part-time, on-site
Training days: Tuesday & Wednesday Evenings
Matchdays: Saturday / Sunday
