Working Pattern

We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

Closing date

18th September. We encourage early applications, as vacancies may close once we receive sufficient applications.

Frazer-Nash’s large renewable energy team is a community of engineers who are committed to contributing to the growth of the offshore wind industry, in particular holding a leading position supporting the delivery of offshore floating WTG technology worldwide. We provide support across the project lifecycle, delivering cutting-edge research on wind farm technology challenges combined with commercial project support to WTG OEMs, foundation designers and developers. Our delivery approach is fully centred on understanding our client’s problems and providing bespoke solutions for some of the key issues facing the offshore wind industry today.

To complement our market leading position in technology development and understanding, we are actively seeking to increase our engagement in the early stages of a project. We are committed to investing in, and building, our capability around early phase developer support to take increased responsibility for specific packages of work. Specifically, we are looking for an experienced candidate to work with our world leading technical teams in floating offshore foundations and help expand our offering to a wider client base. We welcome applications from candidates with significant experience in a foundation package in the early development phase of an offshore wind project. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the growth of our early phase developer support. The candidate will support two core functions. Firstly, the candidate will lead and support existing technical services to our clients. And secondly, they will be a person of influence, helping to shape and define new service offerings, collaborating with colleagues from across the company to deliver success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
