A Company That Matters
Insurance exists to support people at their most vulnerable, after an accident, illness, theft, fire, or crisis. Claims are the moment of truth. That's why we're passionate about making every claim more empathetic, more efficient, and more human.
ClaimSorted is an AI-native Third Party Administrator that manages claims operations for insurers across auto, property, travel, gadget, pet, renters, and liability. We combine world-class claims talent with proprietary AI systems to deliver dramatically faster resolutions, lower leakage, and a fundamentally better customer experience.
Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we've raised $16M+ and already manage more than $200M in insurance premium, including publicly traded companies and some of the most well-known household names.
The Role
You'll work directly with the founders on the things that hold a fast-growing company together: how we operate day to day, how we hire, and how it feels to join us. Broad scope, real ownership, from your first month.
- Define how ClaimSorted operates day to day — the cadence, processes and tools that keep a fast-growing team coordinated as we scale.
- Own the candidate and employee experience end to end, and build the systems that keep it consistently high.
- Set the standard for how ClaimSorted communicates, internally and out — voice, templates, response times.
- Act as the first filter on our hiring pipeline: run screening calls and shape the founders' shortlist.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
