Redmond Harvey spans communications and fashion. Redmond Harvey Communications is an award-winning agency delivering PR, marketing, and events for finance and property clients. Redmond Harvey Clothing is a Scottish luxury fashion house, born in Scotland and sold globally.
We are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial Founder Associate to work directly with our founder, Holly Harvey, support our clients, grow our brands, and help drive our ambitions for 2026 and beyond. You will love communication, pick up the phone without hesitation, and juggle projects from finance and property to luxury fashion with ease. Join us as we move from start up to scale up.
The Role
REDMOND HARVEY COMMUNICATIONS
- Marketing: Support client marketing campaigns, write website content, and contribute to Redmond Harvey's client marketing strategies.
- Social Media: Plan and post content across client and Redmond Harvey channels, carry out competitor analysis, and report on performance.
- PR: Pitch to journalists, write press releases, articles, and blogs, monitor media, run the press office, coordinate interviews, and report on coverage.
- Profile building: Own Redmond Harvey's PR strategy, raising the profile of the MD and the brand through speaking and media opportunities.
- Events: Plan and run events for clients and Redmond Harvey clients, managing budgets, suppliers, guest lists, and RSVPs, including some evenings and weekends such as Royal Ascot.

REDMOND HARVEY CLOTHING
- Launches: Support collection launches and promotional campaigns.
- PR: Pitch to fashion, lifestyle, and Scottish press, and build relationships with editors, stylists, and influencers.
- Shoots and Content: Help plan and run photo and video shoots, and manage images and video for campaigns, editorial, and the website.
- Social Media: Create and post content, grow the label's following, and report on performance.
- Celebrity, Gifting, and Partnerships: Manage samples, seeding, and gifting, and approach stockists, collaborators, and partners.
Account Management and Team
Manage client accounts day to day by phone, email, Zoom, and in person. Keep WIP documents ready for Monday meetings, send agendas and minutes within 24 hours, and produce monthly reports. Mentor interns, help recruit freelancers and new starters, and keep timesheets, sickness, and holidays in order.

New Business and MD Support
Keep credentials up to date, spot and pursue new leads, report to the MD on campaign results, prepare the team for client meetings, and provide occasional personal assistance.
About You:
- Excellent communicator, great listener, and confident negotiator and presenter.
- Analytical, strategic, and meticulous with detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, content management systems, social scheduling, and AI tools.
- Follows finance and property news as closely as fashion.
- A natural leader, polished, and polite.
- High energy and never afraid to pick up the phone.
