Founding Chief Marketing Officer
Company: AI.Haus
Location: Remote
Role: Full-time
Stage: Early stage / Founding team
Company Description
AI.Haus is building an AI-native operating system for business, starting with AI agents. Businesses can create and deploy agents connected to their company knowledge, tools, workflows and integrations, or use specialist AI.Haus agents including:
- Helln.ai — Business, HR and operations
- Danel.ai — Legal, contracts and compliance
- Jamez.ai — Customer service and concierge
- Neggy.ai — Science, pharma and research
The next stage is AI.Haus OS, currently in beta. AI.Haus OS brings agents, applications and company data together through one connected environment spanning HR, finance, projects, legal, risk, IT, healthcare, recruitment, workforce, health and safety, quality management and business intelligence.
Build AI Agents. Run on AI.Haus.
Role Description
We are looking for a Founding CMO to work directly with the Founder and help take AI.Haus from product development into the market. This is not a traditional corporate CMO role. You will be hands-on in building the AI.Haus brand, positioning our AI agents, launching AI.Haus OS and developing the marketing engine behind the company.
You will own the story of what we are building and turn that story into customers, partners, users and market awareness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We Are Looking For
We want a builder. Someone who can look at an early-stage technology company and see the brand, category and opportunity before everyone else does.
You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution. One day you may be defining the AI.Haus category and positioning. The next you may be writing a launch campaign, producing founder content, analysing a funnel or helping close a strategic partner.
You should understand that selling AI today is not just about features. It is about helping businesses understand what AI agents can actually do for them and why the way companies operate is about to change.
The Opportunity
AI.Haus is still early. That means the person joining now has the opportunity to shape how the company is perceived from the beginning. You will work directly with the Founder to build the brand, launch the products and establish AI.Haus as a recognised name in AI agents and AI-native business software.
We are not looking for someone to inherit a marketing function. We are looking for someone to build it.
