We’re hiring in Birmingham.
Founder Content Producer & Creative Strategist
Full-time. In-person.
I’m looking for someone who is genuinely obsessed with creating content.
Not a social media manager.
Someone who can spot an idea, develop the hook, script it, pick up a camera, direct the shoot and turn it into something people actually want to watch.
You’ll work closely with me, our team and our clients creating:
- Founder-led content
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Organic campaigns
- Short-form video
- Long-form YouTube
- Performance-focused creative
Some days you’ll be shooting in our Birmingham studio. Other days you’ll be following me or the team around documenting what we’re building. You’ll also travel to client sites and create content with founders.

Most of my management team started with me in junior positions and worked their way up inside the business. I want this person to eventually own a significant part of our content operation.
