The Opportunity
We're looking for a technical co-founder mindset.
Someone who wants to build something category-defining.
You'll own the technology vision behind AI.Haus and work directly with the founder to architect one of the most ambitious AI platforms being developed in Europe.
This role is hands-on.
You'll still write code.
Design systems.
Review architecture.
Build AI agents.
Experiment with emerging AI frameworks.

Required Experience
We're looking for someone who has real experience building production AI systems.
Essential
- Senior engineering leadership experience (CTO, VP Engineering, Principal Engineer or similar)
- Experience building AI agents using modern frameworks
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture and prompt engineering
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool orchestration
- Experience with RAG, vector databases and knowledge systems
- Building secure multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Cloud architecture (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- API-first architecture
- Enterprise authentication (OAuth, SSO, RBAC)
- Event-driven systems
- Scalable database design
- CI/CD and DevOps
- Excellent software architecture skills

Package
- £90,000–£120,000 salary (depending on experience)
