Build the Future of AI Operating Systems

Location: Remote (UK Preferred)

Company: AI.Haus

Salary: £65,000–£85,000 + Equity (Negotiable)

About AI.Haus

AI.Haus is building an AI-native Operating System for business.

We're replacing fragmented business software with one intelligent platform where AI agents don't just assist—they execute work.

Instead of dozens of disconnected SaaS products, AI.Haus provides one connected ecosystem across:

  • HR
  • Finance
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Legal
  • Projects
  • Facilities
  • CRM
  • Healthcare
  • AI Agents
  • Automation
  • Knowledge Management
  • Business Intelligence

Everything shares one data model.

One identity.

One operating system.

At the centre sits Helln AI, an AI orchestration layer capable of deploying specialised agents, coordinating workflows, learning business processes, and becoming the intelligent workforce for modern organisations.

We're not building another chatbot.

We're building the operating system businesses will run on.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a technical co-founder mindset.

Someone who wants to build something category-defining.

You'll own the technology vision behind AI.Haus and work directly with the founder to architect one of the most ambitious AI platforms being developed in Europe.

This role is hands-on.

You'll still write code.

Design systems.

Review architecture.

Build AI agents.

Experiment with emerging AI frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
