About the role
We're looking for an exceptional Data Center recruiter to launch and lead a new Fourteen-backed business. You'll own the brand, the client base and the team, with the majority equity in what you build and a full central platform behind you from day one.

What you'll do
- Launch and lead your own recruitment brand in [sector]
- Win and develop your own client base, building on the relationships you already hold
- Hire, lead and develop a team of 360 consultants
- Set the commercial direction and growth plan for the business
- Work alongside Fourteen's leadership team on strategy, investment and scaling
What you'll bring
- A strong, recent track record as a senior 360 biller in Data Centers or a similar market space
- A network deep enough to name your first ten clients today
- Experience managing, mentoring or developing others
- Sharp commercial understanding of what drives fee income
- The ambition to build and own a business
