About Evergive
Evergive is building the financial backbone for humanity. We started with a radical question: what if every donation could be made once, and last forever? What if the same pound could be spent again, and again, and again?
That's what we're building. Evergive makes donations compound and last forever - a perpetual endowment for the causes that matter most, and a safety net for all. We work with the world's most trusted charities, including Save The Children, Amnesty International, BBC Media Action, and the United Nations, and we're evolving our approach to allocate donations across a more diversified portfolio to support the long-term sustainability of our partners.
We hire people who are obsessive, who care an unreasonable amount, and who own outcomes end to end. We care less about pedigree and more about what you've built and how fast you're improving. No coasting, no hiding, no politics. If Evergive works, your grandchildren will know what you built.
If you want to build infrastructure that outlives us all, Evergive is the place to do it.
About the Role
Evergive is seeking a Founder Operator to act as the operational backbone of the company.
This is a greenfield, high-accountability role that sits across product delivery, compliance, finance, people operations, partnerships, governance, and execution. You will work directly with the founder to translate priorities into action, maintain visibility across the business, remove blockers before they surface, and ensure the company operates with speed and discipline.
We are looking for a rare operator: highly structured without becoming bureaucratic, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of context-switching across legal, operational, financial, and product matters in a single day. Within six months, the business should be running faster with materially less founder dependency, with AI-enabled workflows embedded across operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
