We're Hiring: Founder's Assistant Intern
We're looking for a proactive and organised Founder's Assistant Intern to work directly with the founders of a growing wellness startup.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real startup experience by working across operations, administration, business development, and day-to-day execution.
What you'll do
- Draft and send professional emails.
- Follow up with suppliers, customers, and business partners.
- Conduct online research on products, markets, and competitors.
- Organise spreadsheets, documents, and business records.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and reminders.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Help keep projects organised and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Take ownership of small projects as you grow in the role.

What we're looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Someone who is genuinely interested in startups and eager to learn.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates and students in their final year are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience is required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
Internship Details
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 3-month probationary internship.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship intended for candidates looking to gain practical startup experience.
- At the end of the 3-month period, performance will be reviewed, and outstanding candidates may be offered a paid position with compensation and responsibilities based on performance and business requirements.
