Full-Time | London | £35-45k + Equity Participation
Closing on Sept 15th 2026

Ventrix Labs is scaling access to the planet’s most abundant resource and powering critical national infrastructures. Our modular carbon capture units convert distributed industrial off-gas into high purity CO2, used in food and beverage, e-fuels, chip manufacturing and nuclear.

In our London office, we are hiring a Founders Associate who will own operational efficiency and materials preparation across the founding team.

You’ll work directly with the CEO Sonny and COO Elsa with experience scaling pipelines for AI hyper scalers and sequoia-backed startups, and cross-functionally among the team with experience from Mitsubishi, Siemens, AMD and BMW to refine, scale, and deploy systems in the real world.

Please email your CV and (optionally) past work samples to people.ventrix@gmail.com.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
