Role

We are looking for an exceptional Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO and help solve whatever problem the company faces next.

This is not a traditional operations or administrative role. You will become involved in almost every aspect of the business, taking ownership of problems, identifying opportunities, and making sure important work gets done.

Every week will be different. You might spend one morning researching a legal or technical question, the afternoon coordinating with suppliers or external advisers, and the next day helping prepare a funding application, evaluating a new business opportunity, or making sure an important internal project stays on track. Sometimes the task will be strategic, sometimes administrative, and sometimes something completely unexpected. Your job is to take ownership, find answers, and help move the company forward.

We are looking for someone who naturally fills gaps without waiting to be asked. Someone who notices when something needs doing, researches the answers they don't have, proposes solutions, and drives execution independently.

Your primary responsibility is simple: help remove obstacles so the company can move faster.

Responsibilities

Problem Solving & Execution

  • Take ownership of operational and strategic problems across the company and help drive them to resolution
  • Independently research unfamiliar topics and develop practical recommendations
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and risks before they become problems
  • Ensure opportunities discussed internally are tracked, prioritised, and acted upon
  • Follow up with team members to make sure important workstreams continue progressing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
