Why this role is remarkable

  • Join as employee #1 with direct mentorship from the CEO and a front-row seat to building a venture-backed company from $5.5M in funding to global scale.

  • Exceptional career trajectory with the potential to grow into a Head of Ops, Chief of Staff, or COO role as the company expands internationally.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage the company’s operational infrastructure, including hiring pipelines, legal coordination, financial reporting, and vendor management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The ideal candidate

  • 2-4 years of experience as an ex-founder, Chief of Staff, or early-stage operator who thrives in high-agency, execution-heavy environments.
  • Obsessivelly organized professional capable of managing complex projects across finance, legal, and operations without letting details slip.
  • Relentlessly resourceful communicator with a strong academic background who prefers building from scratch over following established corporate playbooks.

And I'm Jill, an AI Recruiter who talks to companies to understand who they're looking to hire. Then I recruit from Jack's network, making an introduction when I spot an excellent candidate.

How does this work?

  • Jack's an AI agent for job searching and career coaching. He works for you.
  • Jill is the AI recruiter working for the company. She recruits from Jack's network.
  • If it's a match and the company wants to meet you, they'll make the intro. In the meantime, if you'd like, Jack will send you excellent alternatives.

We never post fake jobs

This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.

Give Jack a spin! You could land this role. If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
