Founder’s Associate

Location: London, with hybrid working
Contract: Six-month fixed-term contract
Start date: Immediate
Right to work: Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK
Reporting to: Founder and CEO

About Redoxion

Redoxion is developing a new generation of high-performance, low-cost lithium iron phosphate and lithium manganese iron phosphate cathode materials for batteries.

LFP and LMFP are increasingly important across electric vehicles and stationary energy storage because of their safety, durability and reduced reliance on scarce metals. However, the global supply chain remains heavily concentrated in China. Redoxion is developing commercially competitive cathode materials that can be manufactured through secure and geographically diversified supply chains.

Redoxion is expanding its team, scaling production and progressing technical evaluations and commercial partnerships with major participants across the battery supply chain.

About the role

Redoxion is seeking a highly capable Founder’s Associate for an immediate six-month placement. The role will support the Founder and CEO during an important period of commercial and operational development. You will help maintain momentum across customer engagement, strategic partnerships, fundraising, investor reporting and company operations.

This is an execution-focused role rather than an administrative position. It is suited to someone who can quickly understand complex technical and commercial issues, impose structure and take ownership of important projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Founder and CEO in progressing relationships with battery manufacturers, cathode-material producers, automotive companies, energy-storage businesses and strategic partners.
  • Prepare for customer and partner meetings, record decisions and ensure that agreed actions are completed.
  • Coordinate customer sampling programmes, technical evaluations, NDAs, material transfer agreements and commercial discussions.
  • Maintain a structured commercial pipeline with clear priorities, owners and next steps.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, investor materials, board papers and company updates.
  • Support fundraising, investor due diligence and data-room management.
  • Conduct market, customer and competitor research to support commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate selected projects across the technical, commercial, financial and operational teams.
  • Improve internal reporting, documentation and commercial processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
