Murphy AI

Murphy AI deploys voice AI agents that help banks collect debt. We've built a fully-fledged platform designed to optimize recovery rates while maintaining respectful and personalized communication. Our advanced automation streamlines the process of collecting overdue invoices for banks and other industries, providing a seamless and effective solution.

Our AI-powered agents adapt instantly, engaging with debtors across channels like voice, messengers, email, and SMS to maximize results while preserving trust. By combining advanced artificial intelligence with powerful automation, we're setting a new standard for how businesses recover payments.

As a fast-growing startup that has already made an impact within less than a year in the market, we are building a talented team to scale our operations and drive our vision forward 🌟

About the Role

We're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside the founders on whatever matters most — the next strategic bet, new business process, or org transformation. One week it's sizing a new market; the next it's building a financial model or running the research that settles a decision. This isn't a support role — you own real outcomes end to end. It's a founder's right hand across the whole company, with outsized leverage over where it goes — and the classic launchpad to running a function, a market, or your own thing.

Murphy builds AI voice agents that collect overdue debt for banks: more recovered, faster, cheaper, fully compliant, and respectful to the debtor. We're live with Santander, Revolut, BBVA, and dozens of others. We've proven the product in large-scale pilots with top-tier banks — now we're scaling fast across markets and new businesses, and the founders need a right hand to take on the highest-leverage problem in front of us, whatever it is that week.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

  • Run the high-stakes special projects. The fundraise, the competitive teardown, the make-or-break bank deal, the key hire — the things that need a founder's judgment and a builder's follow-through.
  • Do the research that shapes where the company goes. Markets, competitors, regulation, new opportunities — dig in and bring back the answer.
  • Turn strategy into shipped reality. Take a bet from thesis and sizing — a new country, a new business — to live and working.
  • Get hands-on with operations. Ruthlessly fix bottlenecks that prevent the company from growing.
  • Dive deep and problem solve. Get to the root of complex, ambiguous problems and design solutions that solve the root cause elegantly.

Who you are

  • A highly analytical and creative generalist. You can point to hard problems you've solved elegantly and executed on fast.
  • You own outcomes, and you never settle. You turn ambiguity into a clear plan and hold a high-quality bar under speed.
  • You were top of your class at a top university. You have the philosophy of a champion — competitive, used to being second to no one, with impeccable execution.
  • You're obsessed with solving hard problems. It's your hobby, not just your work — and you've won STEM olympiads or competitions to prove it.
  • AI-native, ruthless on quality. You reach for AI to automate and streamline by default — more productive than a team of 12. But you know exactly where AI gets sloppy, you never let it through, and you control quality rigorously.
  • You don't need any work experience. You want the best springboard there is — learning from top talent, with real ownership, at the frontier of one of the hottest markets in AI.
