Founders Associate at Adamo (London, in-person)

Adamo is building the deployment layer for physical AI. At the centre is our own low-latency networking protocol, which moves video, sensor data and control commands between a robot and the cloud with under 40ms of delay. Robotics companies use it to get their robots working in the real world.

They do that in two ways. The first is teleoperation: a person controls the robot remotely, from another country if needed, either through our software with their own staff or with operators we supply. The second is cloud model inference: the company hosts its AI model on our GPUs and we run it against the robot over the same network. That means no expensive compute on every robot, and swapping models takes minutes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The two work together. When a model gets stuck, one of our operators takes over within milliseconds, finishes the task and hands control back. Each takeover is recorded and labelled, and the customer exports it straight into training for the next version of the model. Our customers build humanoids, robot arms and autonomous vehicles.

We've raised $6M and have offices in London and the Bay Area, with operator teams abroad.

The job

You'd work directly with the CEO and take over most of the non-engineering work in the company. Recent examples: negotiating a pilot agreement with an enterprise customer, setting up an operator facility in North Africa, getting through an ISO 27001 audit, putting share options in place across our UK and US entities, and managing our lawyers, accountants and insurers. Some of it is unglamorous. You'll be given more responsibility than you would get elsewhere at your level.

Who this suits

You're 1 to 3 years into your career, did very well academically, and have spent that time somewhere demanding: consulting, banking, PE or a strong startup. You think in a structured way and you finish what you start. You've probably had some exposure to startups already and want more ownership than your current job allows. A robotics background isn't needed, but you should be curious about it.

The deal

Competitive salary and equity. Five days a week in our Southwark office, which is also where the robots are, so you can drive one at your interview. Reports to the CEO.
