About Mifu

Mifu is the creative engine for growth. We help brands get more great creative, get it in front of the right people, and find out fast what actually drives installs and sales.

We do this in three ways:

  • UGC at scale. Our AI agents find creators, contract them, brief them, and pay them. We pair that with AI-generated variations of their best videos, so one strong concept becomes dozens of ads.
  • Affiliate. Creators who drive real conversions get paid on results, turning our creator network into a performance channel in its own right.
  • Paid Media Engine. Every asset goes into structured tests. Winners get scaled, losers get killed, and the patterns behind the winners go straight back into briefing the next wave of creators.

Most of the market only does half of this. Creative analytics tools can tell you which ad won but can't get you another one. UGC marketplaces can get you content but never see how it performs. Mifu holds both sides, and the link between creator and paid performance gets sharper with every campaign.

We're a small team with big clients, real revenue, and a product that's just becoming what it was built to be. You'd be joining early enough for it to matter.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

This is a Founders Associate role in the true sense: you report to the CEO and take on whatever is most important that week across ops and growth. Some weeks that’s running client campaigns. The next it's building the automation that means we don't need to run them. You'll be the person who makes sure the engine turns and grows.

What you'll actually do:

  • Operate the Creative Engine for our design-partner clients.
  • Delegate management of multiple creator campaigns end-to-end: briefs, shortlists, approvals, drops, payments, and reporting for brands who expect it done properly.
  • Build agentic workflows that take manual work off the team - creator sourcing, brief generation, reporting, content variants; using tools like Claude, n8n, or Zapier and whatever else gets the job done.
  • Run Growth initiatives for Mifu and our Clients. You will build out new initiatives and methods using the latest AI technology to run growth programmes on ourselves and for our clients.
  • Feed what you learn on the ground straight back into the product with the CTO.

This role grows with the company. Do it well and it becomes whatever you make it — head of operations, head of the Creative Engine, or the hire who builds a team under them.

Who we're looking for

  • 1-2 years in a fast-moving environment: a startup, an agency, a consultancy, or something you built yourself. Founders-associate, ops, or growth backgrounds all fit.
  • Organised. You can hold multiple campaigns, clients, and creators in your head at once and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Technical enough to build. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable with wrangling Claude around APIs, automation tools, and AI agents, and excited by the idea of building workflows rather than just following them.
  • Data-literate: you can read a performance export, spot the winner, and explain why.
  • A people person. You are comfortable speaking with clients from Startups to Enterprise brands.
  • Happy wearing many hats and switching between them in a day. Ego-free about the small stuff, ambitious about the big stuff.
  • Curious about creators, social, paid media, and growth. A feel for what makes a piece of content work is a real advantage.
  • Wants to grow with a small, ambitious team and eventually become a pivotal cog in a flourishing business.
