About Kreate Dental
Kreate Dental is building a new kind of dental group.
We operate a growing group of dental practices across the UK and are focused on combining exceptional clinical care with great patient experiences, strong teams and modern technology.
And we're only getting started.
Your Mission
The Founder's Associate will work directly with the founders to solve the company's most important problems, no matter the function.
You could be working on marketing, operations, AI, finance, recruitment, new practice launches or M&A.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move quickly from understanding a problem to actually solving it.
A key part of the role will also be using AI to build end-to-end working products, not just workflows or prompts.
Location: Remote, with regular time spent across our dental practices.
What You'll Do
- Act as an extension of the founders across the business
- Own high-impact projects from concept to execution
- Work across marketing, operations, finance, growth and M&A
- Build and launch AI-powered products to solve real business problems
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve the business
- Improve processes and systems across our practices
- Step in wherever needed to solve urgent challenges

Requirements
- Experience in high-output, fast-paced environments
- You must have built and shipped working products using AI before
- Be prepared to show us what you have built and what you personally did
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data
- Strong commercial judgement
- Previous experience taking ownership and delivering real impact
- Exceptional problem-solving and organisation skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with ambiguity and constantly changing priorities

Experience in dentistry or healthcare is not required.
