Founders Associate

About the Company

Hello Klean is a London-based beauty brand solving hard water problems. We've sold 1M+ units and grown 700% over two years, entirely bootstrapped. Featured on BBC Dragons' Den (2023), now backed by water filtration giant BRITA Group and expanding internationally.

About the Role

Hello Klean is looking for a London-based (hybrid) Founders Associate to work directly with the co-founder and CEO. No layers, no rotation programme, no shadowing. You sit in the real meetings and take real problems off the founders' desks.

We're a small team that moves quickly, and the plan is to scale this brand to $100m in three years. This role is the fastest way to learn how that's done: you'll be involved in every part of the business — paid media, creative, CRM, ops and supply chain, finance and investor relations — not in rotations, but in the same week.

Responsibilities

  • Take on whatever matters most that week — the founders' priority list is your job description.
  • Own the strategic analysis behind big decisions: channel economics, cohorts and retention, pricing, which market we enter next — and build the models the founders decide with.
  • Work with our AI agents to build automations, and learn to build new agents yourself — taking repetitive work off every team's plate and driving AI adoption across the company.
  • Build investor updates and board materials; help prep data rooms.
  • Turn messy data into reports teams actually use — trading numbers, ad performance, ops metrics.
  • Keep projects moving and spot problems early, before they become deadline issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Qualifications

2–4 years in a fast-moving startup, consultancy, banking or similar. We care about slope, not pedigree.

Required Skills

  • Ambitious: you want to run a company or a P&L one day, and you want the fastest education available.
  • A go-getter: you see a problem, you take it. Nobody hands you a task list here.
  • Happy wearing multiple hats: analyst in the morning, ops firefighter in the afternoon, creative reviewer before you leave.
  • Most important, kind: you'll work with every team — growth, creative, ops, customer service, finance — plus factories, agencies and investors. Great communicator, low ego, easy to work with. Brilliant but abrasive is a no.
  • A straight talker: fast, clear communication over corporate jargon.
  • Comfortable with numbers and AI: you can build a spreadsheet model and automate it with AI.
