Founder's Associate
Location: London (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Jack Howson, Founder
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + performance bonus (depending on experience)
About the Role
This is not a normal job.
You'll work directly alongside founder Jack Howson across three high-growth businesses operating in marketing, education, and consumer brands.
You'll be involved in everything from launching products and building partnerships to improving operations, supporting sales, creating content, researching acquisitions, attending events, and helping execute strategic projects.
One day you might be helping secure a partnership for a fast-growing drinks brand. The next you could be helping prepare a workshop for business owners, building a new business process, or supporting a pitch for a major hospitality client.
The role is designed for someone ambitious who wants a front-row seat to building multiple businesses and potentially leading one in the future.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
