About Us

Study Voyage is an international education consultancy supporting students applying to schools and universities in the UK, Europe, and the US.

Our revenue is growing rapidly, with the business built and currently run by the founder alone. We’re now looking for an ambitious Founder’s Associate to help expand our operations and turn that momentum into a larger business.

This opportunity is particularly suited to someone early in their university journey who wants practical business experience, meaningful responsibility, and the possibility of a long-term partnership.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with our CEO, Oleg Vnukov, whose background includes 3 years in investment banking across the US, UK, and Europe. He currently works in venture capital as an investor and advisor. Working alongside him offers a great learning experience, professional connections, and insight into building and growing a business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your work will span:

  • Social media management and content creation.
  • Client communication, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Tutor recruitment and coordination.
  • CRM, invoicing, and operational improvements.
  • Partnerships, brand visibility, and new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities will reflect your strengths and our priorities. Expect initiative and commitment within a relaxed, collaborative environment led by a founder in his early twenties.

Compensation and Progression

The initial trial period will operate on an agreed success-fee and revenue-sharing basis, with no guaranteed initial earnings. When you bring in qualifying revenue, you receive an agreed share.

After approximately two to three months, we’ll review the collaboration and discuss ongoing paid work as recurring revenue develops, or a potential formal partnership involving equity and profit sharing. Any arrangement will be agreed in writing.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and commercially curious, with strong English. Russian is highly preferred because much of our client base is Russian-speaking, but it isn’t essential for every aspect of the role.
