Job Description
As the Founders Associate (Commercial) at Floxmind, you will act as the CEO's commercial right-hand, driving growth from the ground up. You will lead founder-led sales, build a high-velocity pipeline, and forge strategic partnerships across the logistics ecosystem. This is a high-impact role blending strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-scaling robotics startup.

What You Will Do
- Support founder-led sales efforts by identifying, qualifying, and managing a pipeline of 3PL operators, warehouse customers, and robotics partners.
- Develop and draft high-impact commercial materials, including tailored proposals, partnership agreements, and sales decks that communicate the unique value of the Floxmind platform.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with system integrators, WMS/ERP vendors, and robotics OEMs to accelerate platform adoption and market penetration.
The ideal candidate
- Proven B2B commercial experience, preferably in an early-stage startup environment where you have successfully built pipelines, managed sales cycles, or closed deals.
- Exceptional communication and execution skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and balance strategic initiatives with tactical, hands-on tasks.
- A strong interest or background in logistics, supply chain, or robotics, plus the legal right to work in the UK without current or future sponsorship.
