Work alongside our Founder on Voy's most important problems
About Voy
Voy is a clinician-led health platform helping people manage long-term health conditions through evidence-based treatment programmes. We started in hair loss and now also cover weight management, menopause, hormonal health and more.
We've just crossed £650M in revenue, growing ~2.5x year-on-year, with teams across London, Berlin and Sao Paolo. We've also published the largest real-world study of its kind (100,000+ patients), showing average weight loss of 21.5% in under a year.
The Role
We're hiring a Founder's Associate to work side by side with our Founder and the CEO Office on the company's most important problems.
You'll be a general problem solver. One quarter you might be launching a new market or revenue line; the next you might be fixing something that's slowing the business down, or turning a hard question into a clear decision. You'll own projects end to end, from the first analysis to live results.
This role is built for someone with a strong consulting, banking or operator background who now wants to build, not advise. If you like hard problems, clear ownership and seeing your work change the business within weeks, this role is for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll be doing
- Find new growth and revenue opportunities — size them, build the case and, when it's a yes, launch them.
- Lead priority initiatives — take a goal from a blank page to delivered results, working across Product, Growth, Clinical and Operations.
- Build and fix processes that scale — spot where the business is slowing down and design the system that removes the bottleneck.

- Run critical projects when they need an owner — new markets, partnerships, pricing, operational turnarounds.
- Prepare for key moments — board materials, investor updates and leadership offsites.
- Be an extra pair of hands for the Founder — move fast on whatever matters most this week.
