YADAQ | London (Hybrid) | Internship

Company Description

YADAQ is a pre-seed research technology company developing intelligent tools for how people capture, organise and use knowledge.

Operating at the intersection of AI, research technology, EdTech and LegalTech, YADAQ addresses a persistent problem in research-intensive work: valuable information is often encountered across fragmented sources and workflows, making it unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming to find and use again when it matters.

Built around the principle “research that remembers,” YADAQ is focused on making knowledge-intensive research more intuitive, efficient and accessible, with applications across academic and professional knowledge work.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with the Founder team as YADAQ moves through its pre-seed stage.

The role will sit across growth, partnerships, marketing, market engagement and commercial execution, with a particular focus on helping translate early-stage strategy into measurable traction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is an execution-focused position suited to someone who is proactive, commercially curious and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong commercial judgement and communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with prospective users, partners and stakeholders
  • Strong instinct for positioning, messaging and early-stage marketing
  • Confidence using social media for brand, community and growth
  • Ability to create and edit high-quality marketing materials and digital content
  • Strong written communication and attention to presentation
  • An entrepreneurial and highly proactive working style
  • Strong organisation and attention to follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of objectives
  • Interest in startups, technology and zero-to-one company building
  • Comfort working in an environment where priorities develop quickly

Previous startup experience is useful but not essential. Experience with social media, content creation, design or editing tools is particularly welcome. We care more about initiative, judgement and execution ability than a particular academic or professional background.
