About Steward
Steward is changing the way AML/KYC works in the investment world. Our AI-first product brings investor onboarding, document review and compliance workflows into one contextualised operating system, replacing email chains and disconnected systems.
Founded by Arik Oslerne and Moshe Lieberman, Steward is backed by a $5M round led by Motive Partners and Outward VC, with participation from Cooley and prominent angels. Our clients include £100bn+ asset managers, global fund administrators, broker dealers and banks.
Why join
- Work closely with the founder: Help decide what to try, then take responsibility for making it happen.
- Help build the commercial engine: Your outreach, content and events will help Steward reach new clients.
- Be part of the AI shift: Maximise the use of AI in your work.
The role
We’re looking for an ambitious junior generalist to work directly with our founder on go-to-market: helping more of the right firms discover Steward and become clients.
This is a hands-on commercial role. Outbound prospecting is a core part of the job, alongside website and newsletter content, social media and events. You’ll research prospects, contact them, write and publish content, organise events and follow through. You’ll also help us test new ways to generate business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
