Founder's Associate
Want to learn how to build a startup by helping grow one? This is a founder's associate role — you'll work directly alongside me on everything that drives growth and builds the brand: web, ecommerce, ads, content, product, and the systems that tie it together.
We do water filtration properly: premium systems for homes across the UK and soon Europe, sold direct online and through a consultative process. We're scaling, and I'm hiring my right hand to help do it.
No two days are the same. One day you're tuning Meta and Google campaigns and reading the data; the next we are building a website, shaping how the brand looks and reads, briefing a video creator, sharpening the product offer, or jumping on the phone to make sure a customer is happy. You'll touch the whole stack — paid acquisition, ecommerce, brand and content, product, CRM and AI tooling, and conversion.
Why this might be for you
I want a generalist with horsepower and a builder's instinct — scrappy, creative, ambitious, quick to learn tools and ship. If you want to understand how a modern brand gets built and sold end to end, this is a rare seat, with a clear path into leadership as we scale. I care about brains, taste, and graft, not a polished CV.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
