Position: Founder's Associate (Internship), Operations and Administration
Build one of the UK's fastest-growing FMCG brands from the inside.
Miss Kim is an ambitious premium Korean food and lifestyle brand on a mission to become the UK's household name for authentic Korean food and culture.
From premium retailers and museum shops to festivals, trade shows and national distributors, we're building something so much bigger than a food brand- and we want YOU to help build what comes next!
This internship may differ from the typical one, as you will work directly with the Founder from the very first day. You will gain first hand experience of what building a modern FMCG business truly takes. You'll get to see every side of the company; from operations and logistics, to sales, retail partnerships, product launches and strategic decision-making- and you will be involved in it all!
We're looking for someone as excited as us to learn, and ready to solve problems. This will be an individual who takes true pride in getting things right- and when it gets tricky, trying until they do!
At Miss Kim, we believe your attitude and willingness to learn and grow matters a lot more than your CV.
We will teach you the all the skills you will need to know; the curiosity and integrity you bring forward will be valued the most!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
