Company Overview

We are a fast-growing European healthcare company operating at the intersection of medical cannabis, digital health, and regulated healthcare services. With a strong, profitable core business in Europe and a proven operational backbone, we are now building our UK platform — and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.

Our UK team is at an exciting early stage. That means real ownership, real impact, and the chance to shape how we work from day one.

Tasks

  • Launch Plan & Patient Journey (Primary Focus)
    • Own how our end-to-end go-to-market plan for launch hangs together - how the digital platform works, what the patient journey looks like, and what milestones need to be hit
    • Keep the launch plan on track by working back from key milestones
    • Turn strategy into execution alongside both founders, coordinating across workstreams (technology partners, clinical operations, regulatory) to keep launch on track

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Founder Support & General Operations
    • Work as a close partner to both founders — with real exposure to regulatory, commercial, and operational decision-making
    • Support recruitment for key clinic hires, including running first-round interviews
    • Support the office search and fit-out in Central London, and the pharmacy site search and fit-out outside London
    • Take on ad hoc projects as they arise in a lean, fast-moving environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience spanning digital marketing/growth and general operating or founder-support roles (e.g. Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, EIR, or a growth/ops hybrid)
  • Comfortable owning ambiguity and shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • A background in a regulated, DTC, or healthtech environment is a strong plus, given the advertising and compliance constraints specific to medical marketing
  • Discretion with sensitive data and a genuine service mindset towards employees and candidates
  • A self-starter who's energized by the blank page — you're not looking for a narrow, pre-defined job description
  • Based in or willing to relocate to London
